How long does the kit take to paint?
A simple portrait with 24 colours takes about 8 to 12 hours spread over a few weekends. A detailed kit with 36+ colours takes 20+ hours. It's meant to be slow on purpose.
Will mum know it's me in the photo?
Yes. We prioritise realism and clean edges — faces, pets, and small details all come through clearly. No cartoon filters.
What photos work best?
Clear lighting, the subject taking up most of the frame, and not too busy in the background. Faces work well. Pets work very well. Dim selfies at dinner don't.
Do you ship to Singapore only?
Yes — for now we only ship within Singapore. Islandwide, 1 to 3 working days with tracking.
What if my photo isn't great?
Upload it anyway. Our team manually checks every custom image for clarity before printing. If it won't work, we'll tell you fast and help pick a better crop.
